InfoFMOUSS was, for a while, the screen name of OC'er Neal Osborne. It is said to stand for Future Member of U.S. Senate. While he was active, Neal was a teenager who used his user page to show off his latest girlfriends, usually to the chagrin of some other OC'ers (particularly Sherlock Holmes). Neal would often enter country music singers into races, even if they were not candidates. Some reports state that Neal would contact singers and ask them to run or that he would find the home telephone numbers of officeholders and call them there. Last, Neal would frequently change his party affiliation. In general, he appeared to be a center-right Republican.

FMOUSS left OC abruptly in 8/2003. After that time, he is known to have been one of the early supporters of John Kerry in 2004 (though Neal was a major Reagan supporter).

At some point, "FMOUSS" became a substitute on OC polls for "None of the Above."

After the OC silly elections started, FMOUSS was one of the early sources for silly news. ON 4/25/2004, Sherlock Holmes, site Secretary of War, began a "search" for FMOUSS and found a website that Neal was using at that time [Link] . Two months later, OC Attorney General Wabash gave his first list of OC'ers with multiple accounts. He indicated that Neal had three different accounts here [Link] . The issue was somewhat moot, since Neal had been away from the site for nearly a year at that point.

Footnote: while it has been suggested that FMOUSS was the first Vice President at OC, he in fact was never elected to the post.

Vote totals for elections in which he was nominated for the OC Hall of Fame: January 2008 - 13 (won).
