BACKGROUND: Czaia, a U.S. citizen since birth, traveled the world as a child because his father worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development. After receiving his law degree, Czaia was an attorney in the Public Defender's Office in the 12th judicial circuit including Sarasota, Manatee, and DeSoto counties before starting his own law business. He now focuses on accident and injury cases. Czaia is a director of the Palmetto Community Redevelopment Agency and member and past chairman of the Gulf Coast Latin Chamber of Commerce.
