InfoEllen Steinberg is an independent businesswoman who began her career in marketing and advertising at J. Walter Thompson and Saatchi before opening her own agency. Ten years later, while running her company full-time, she earned a law degree from Seton Hall and became licensed in both New Jersey and New York. She was Deputy County Counsel and now has her own legal practice in Union, where she is an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce. Ellen serves on the executive boards of the Union County Women’s Political Caucus and the Madison Museum, and the advisory committee to the Jewish Community Relations Council. She is an officer of the WPC-Democratic Task Force, the Municipal Chair in Chatham Township, and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the League of Women Voters. A University of Michigan graduate, Ellen grew up in Hillside and now resides in Chatham Township.
