| Info | Rose Izzo was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Now a long-time resident of Ridley Township, Delaware County.
Rose has been politically active since 1999 when she first ran for the office of Ridley School Director. In 2003, she ran for Ridley Township Commissioner, where she received over one third the vote. Then in 2004, she ran for State Representative, where she received 40% of the votes and in 2005 she ran for Delaware County Council. in a close race. Most recently, she ran for PA State Senator, gaining 31% of the vote..
Rose is an Alumni of Delaware County Community College where she received high honors upon graduation. She had remained on the President’s List for distinguished academic achievement throughout her educational career at DCCC.
Rose holds a degree in Psychology and a degree in Communications.
Rose is privileged to be a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
Rose is a former Committee Member of Ridley Township 9th Ward.
