| Info | Jim Nalepa, founder and president of Jim Nalepa & Associates has over 20 years of direct recruiting experience at the highest levels of corporate America. He is regarded as one of the country's top executive search professionals.
Mr. Nalepa is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He served in various leadership capacities in the United States Army, with the 3rd Infantry Division in Germany and with the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg. He was a member of the Grenada Rescue Mission in 1983. He left active service as a Captain in 1984.
Mr. Nalepa became Director of Recruiting for Pfizer Inc., one of the world's largest Pharmaceutical companies. During his tenure Mr. Nalepa was responsible for bringing hundreds of successful candidates into the Pfizer family.
In 1988 Mr. Nalepa founded Junior Officer Recruiting, Inc. JOR placed junior military officers who were making the transition to corporate life with Fortune 250 companies. Major clients included: Pfizer, Baxter, Abbott Laboratories, American National Bank and Leo Burnett.
Mr. Nalepa was asked to join DHR International in 1997, a top retained executive search firm as Executive Vice President. Mr. Nalepa contributed significantly to the success of DHR being named "Rookie of the Year" and became one of the top ten recruiters nation wide in 1999.
In 2000, Mr. Nalepa was recruited to become President of Morgan International, the retained Executive Search division of MorganWorks.Com and it immediately became one of the fastest growing search practices in the nation.
Mr. Nalepa founded Jim Nalepa & Associates in 2001 to recapture a client centric vision.
