InfoGas station truck driver, Knox County Tea Party chairman.

I was raised in Abingdon Il. with 3 brothers and 1 sister. I started my life as a hard-working tax-payer at Maytag in Galesburg Il. I met my wife and moved to Galesburg in 1998. She was an inspiration in my life that opened my eyes to God. Through her love for me, I gained the courage to face any challenge that I was dealt. In 2001, I got baptized and confirmed in the Catholic church. Since then I have been fighting the good fight.

I am now a truck driver that keeps America moving. I deliver gas to Casey's General Stores throughout Illinois. I do not have a degree nor am I a millionaire. I am typical blue collar working class man trying to provide for my children and succeed in this economy.

I know what it is like to live and work in our community as I do this daily. I have lost my home during hard times and I lost all hope that things will get better. I had fallen like a rock, but I never asked for a hand out, just a hand up. I am tired of politics keeping good hard working families down. I have devoted my life to Jesus Christ and ask that his will be done in my life. This is the direction I have taken. I am here to serve families, single moms, the disabled, the elderly, and the veterans.

I am married to the love of my life and I have 4 wonderful children. I am a proud member of a very diverse family. I am active in the Knox county Right to Life, President of the Knox county TEA party, member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, and an attendee of the annual DC March for Life.
