David Powers had his name legally changed to capitalize on voter frustration and promised to abolish the office of Lieutenant Governor if elected. He lost the election, but amazingly garnered 6% of the popular vote. But just imagine if he had won--the headlines would have read "Absolutely Nobody Wins!"
