Regina’s community services activities and business professional include work with Girl Scouts of America, board member of College Station Community Development, Inc., board member of Delta Transitional Inc., member of Deborah Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, member of Women’s Action for New Directions (WAND), member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Inc., Beta Pi Omega Sorority and Regina is a University of Arkansas at Little Rock Alumnus .

Regina’s business achievements includes co-owner Hampton Properties, Inc., Hampton Expo and Emporium, Inc., Regina’s Bed and Breakfast, Inc., co-founder of Education Consortia, Inc., and co-founder of The Church of the Good Samaritan, Inc.

Regina is currently married to Rev. Dr. R.J. Hampton who was twice president of Shorter College, North Little Rock, AR (1976-1980). As a retired state employee, Mr. Hampton worked in Adult Education under the late Dr. Luther Black (1971-1976) and under the administration of the Honorable Charlie Daniels as Land Commissioner and Secretary of State as Director of Special Projects.
