| Info | My parents were both born and raised in Arkansas. My father was a WWII Navy veteran. He created small businesses, selling water softener or building pole barns. My mother was the toughest woman I’ve ever met, she raised five kids, mostly alone, while working on an assembly line.
It wasn’t a fancy upbringing, but it gave me a strong work ethic, a deep love for Arkansas, and eventually my beautiful wife Vicki and three children, Audrey, Madison, and Keegan. I remember starting my first business at ten years old, mowing neighbors’ lawns for pocket money. By fourteen I joined my father working construction. At 18 I got a job on an assembly line making refrigeration couplings and hoses. I worked my way up to become a production supervisor before the plant closed.
