Chris teaches political science at Casper College. Prior to teaching at Casper College, Chris taught political science, American Heritage and philosophy at Brigham Young University, Brigham Young University-Idaho, and Utah Valley University.
Chris earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in political science from the University of Utah. He is currently working on a doctorate at Idaho State University.
Community is very important to Chris. He currently serves on the Governing Council of Fort Caspar Academy and he has long been active with the PTO’s of his children’s schools. Chris has long been involved with Cub Scouts and he is now the leader of a Boy Scout unit.
Chris has been married to Lyndee Marie Curtis Henrichsen for 13 years. Lyndee is a businesswoman, social worker, and teacher.
Chris and Lyndee have three children:
Todd (11) attends Casper Classical Academy. Todd likes art and playing the trumpet in band.
Shem (10) attends Fort Caspar Academy. Shem loves playing football, basketball, and baseball.
Geneva (6) also attends FCA. She plays the violin.
Chris is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Between 1995 and 1997 he worked with the Vietnamese community of Southern California as a missionary.
