Info | Daniel James Hockley is thrilled to be running for the Family Coalition Party in the 2011 provincial elections. Daniel and his wife, Jennifer, recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. He is the father of two wonderful children: Graden, four, and Ziva, who is almost one year old. Daniel grew up in the Brant area and currently resides in Brantford. He has worked extensively in retail management and is known as a man of integrity in the community. In addition to being a Volunteer Co-Director of Children’s Ministries (alongside his wife) at Life Quest Community Church he also enjoys making meals at The Brantford Blessing Centre. He feels these are ways to give back to the community that helped to raise him.
Daniel is interested in what matters to the families of Brant. In his view, present political parties don’t and won’t adequately represent what the family institution truly needs. As the family has been recognized as the basic building block of society, government ought to do better in supporting families across the province. Daniel feels the best opportunity for Ontario’s families is voting for the Family Coalition Party so that family-friendly policies can be voiced and implemented. Having studied the policies and ideas of the Family Coalition Party, Daniel believes that, if implemented, they could provide new liberty to the family and all of society in important ways.
The Family Coalition Party of Ontario can be the new life that this province needs, and can be the new voice in government that Brant needs. Ontario has the opportunity to vote in a fresh start with the FCP.
