InfoFull name: Harley Delano Brown

I was born in 17 June 54 in St. Mary’s Hospital Waterbury Connecticut [aka Brass City USA] my parents were working class Irish Catholics who made great personal sacrifices all the time so that my younger sister and I would have the best they could possibly provide.

In 1972 I graduated from Holy Cross (Roman Catholic) High School in the top 10% of my class. I then attended the University of Connecticut graduating in May 1974 with a degree in structural (civil) Engineering.

All summer of 76 I looked for a job but no one would hire me it was the most miserable depressing time of my life. I decided that if I could not land a civil engineering job by September 76, then I would join the military, at least they were hiring. I checked out all the armed forces and I liked the U.S. Marines the best by far. The only problem was that the experience I would gain as a USMC combat engineer would not be considered valid toward the requirement to become a registered professional engineer. The closest engineer unit to the Marines that would give me experience acceptable to the States’ PE licensing board was the U.S. Naval construction forces [The Seabees]

So I joined The Seabees and was assigned to NMCB-1, “Naval mobile construction Battalion one” where they made me engineering officer and then Bravo Company Commander when I was still only an ensign (0-1). Typically company commanders are Senior Lieutenants (0-3)

After The Seabees I was stationed with my Scottish “war bride” Lynda [whom I met in a bar in Tangier Morocco], at the Naval weapons support center, crane Indiana where I was a public works officer in charge of 450 civilian workers in the transportation, utilities, and shops divisions. The base was 63000 acres, larger than Washington D.C., and we manufactured and sorted 750 thousand tons of conventional ammunition for the Army, Navy, Air force and Marine Corps. While at NWSC Crane I finally earned my professional Engineer license from the State of Indiana.

After my Honorable Discharge in November 1982 I worked for the War Department as a Civil Engineer in US Civil Service.

I was the master planner of military construction for the US Army 172nd Infantry Brigade, Ft. Richardson, AK; 7th Infantry Division, Ft. Ord, CA; Whiteman Air Force Base, MO, strategic Air Command; and GS-12 project management, US Army Corps OF Engineers Ft Drum, NY. This was a 2.0 Billion project to essentially build a city for 26000 people from scratch; I was the Engineer-in-charge of all demolition operations.

After leaving Civil Service I worked at a number of occupations including President of my Engineering Consulting firm, President of my Demolitions co [“no Job too large”] I drove 18 wheelers from Sea to Shining Sea

I was also a Taxicab driver and evangelist in Boise, ID where I led approximately 1,000 lost souls to the Lord Jesus Christ: Drunks and Winos, Hookers and Strippers, Bums, and Homeless; Hippies and Rainbow people, Bikers, and Villains, Truckers and Construction workers, Businessmen and Proletarians, psychos and weirdo's, homos and lesbians; even some people who looked normal and smelled nice.

I considered myself the “intake manifold to the Kingdom of God”

Now that I am retired I have an intense burning desire to destroy all the works of those Progressive Liberal Politicians in Washington D.C. whom I brand as vile domestic enemies to the country and Constitution we’re SWORN TO DEFEND.
