| Info | Rawlings is the City of Dallas Homeless Czar, a Mayor-appointed position, and he was awarded the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness 2007 Innovation Award and the Dallas Historical Society’s Award for Excellence in Humanities. He has also served as Chairman for the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau.
