InfoRep. Eileen McGeoghegan, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis County (District 77) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to her first two-year term in November 2010.

In addition to her legislative duties, Rep. McGeoghegan is in real estate management. She also has worked as a substitute teacher for children with behavioral disorders and as a job consultant for developmentally disabled adults.

Rep. McGeoghegan is a member of St. Louis HELP (Health Equipment Lending Program) and a charter member of John F. Kennedy Democrats of Midland and Airport Townships. She also is a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. She received the Board of Directors Service Award from N.W. Chamber of Commerce in 2009, the Volunteer Award from St. Louis Help in 2010 and the 2009 Democrat of the Year from Airport Township Democratic Club.

Rep. McGeoghegan is a 1971 graduate of Ritenour High School. She received her A.A. in Applied Science in Human Services from St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley.

Born July 22, 1953 in the Village of Mary Ridge, Rep. McGeoghegan currently resides in St. Ann with her husband, Leo G. McGeoghegan. She has one son, Dennis.
