In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Cierpiot has worked at AT&T for 37 years as a network engineer.

Rep. Cierpiot is a member of Missouri Right to Life, Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce and the NRA. He attends Blue Springs First Church of the Nazerene.

Rep. Cierpiot is a 1971 graduate of De La Salle High School. He attended Longview Community College and the University of Missouri Kansas City.

Rep. Cierpiot was born January 14, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri. He has lived in Eastern Jackson County for the past 34 years and currently resides in Lee’s Summit. He is married to Connie J. Cierpiot, who served as the state representative for District 52 from 1994 to 2002. They have two sons, Patrick and Lucas.
