Annual sales in 2004 exceeded $75,000,000.00 with a clientele ranging from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Perfect 10 (Direct TV National Distribution), ATCO, Centennial Bank, and Brunswick Corporation to area investor groups and individuals.
Dan is a member of the Coldwell Banker Commercial - Corporate Services Group which is a select group of nationwide brokers who are qualified to represent Corporate Accounts. He is currently ranked as one of the top 25 Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokers - Worldwide.
In 2003, the Los Angeles Times/Claremont-Upland Voice named Mr. Richards the 3rd most influential person in the Inland Empire.

Coldwell Banker Commercial – Inland Empire provides a variety of development and real estate investment services to its clients through 1031-Exchanges, Trust and Endowment investments and Charitable Remainder Trusts, to name a few.
Mr. Richards invests in commercial real estate throughout the Inland Empire through Kendrew Development Company, which is named after his children. He is also the Co-Managing General Partner of the Colonies Crossroads in Upland, a 440 Acre Master Planned Community encompassing one million square feet of retail approximately 1,100 residential units on the new 210 freeway.
