InfoHolmes is running for Missouri's House of Representatives in District 21. His greatest joy in life is being a father and has two wonderful daughters. He graduated from Syracuse with a degree in Finance.

Holmes is a small business owner, a member of National Federation of Independent Business and the Independence Chamber of Commerce. He is currently the principal of Osborne Global Investors, a firm that manages money and works in the stock market. Holmes holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has spoken to hundreds of groups on the topic of the economy and stock market. Holmes is currently the only candidate in the state of Missouri that is a financial analyst. This designation will help Holmes with maintaining Missouri’s AAA bond rating, protect retirement for Missourians, and secure pensions.

Some of Holmes’ accomplishments include: leading an effort to raise $2,200 to name a portion of I-70 after Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Joe Specker, successfully proposing a new disaster shelter for the City of Odessa, working with the Department of Natural Resources to make I-70 Mobile Home Park in Bates City safer for residents, organizing an electronic waste event for Lafayette County, inviting a transportation engineer to discuss the feasibility of a commuter rail from Kansas City to Lafayette County, and inviting the head of the Missouri Veterans’ Home on behalf of the American Legion to discuss state funding for the Veterans’ Home in Warrensburg.

Holmes focus is on protecting unions, improving our public education, and helping secure economic opportunities for everyone.

“Having grown up in this area, and now raising my own family here, I have come to love and appreciate this area. This makes it all the more important to me that we have someone in Jefferson City who knows this area and knows what issues are the most important to the people here in the 21st district.”
