InfoJohn Moore is a life-long resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina. His connection to the area and his relationships to businesses in it go back for generations. His grandfather, Joseph D. Moore, was the long serving Chairman and CEO of the textile company Reeves Brothers Inc. until his retirement in the late 1980’s and his father, William S. Moore II, was Owner and President of Sally Foster Gift Wrap LLP, until its sale in the early 1990’s.

Education and Work
John graduated from Spartanburg High School in 2000. He attended Wofford College where, in 2004, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government.

JWA Properties, LLC is a real estate development, management, and holding company. The company was co-founded by William S. Moore II, John Moore, and Anne Brady Moore in 2004. John Moore served as President of JWA Properties, LLC from 2004 until its sale in early 2008. He has continued to serve in an advisory capacity, in 2009, as its take over is completed.

John founded Moore Capital, LLC in 2008 in order to maximize the value of his capital investments and to offer his services and skills to select individuals and companies. The company offers private equity and investment banking services
