InfoBorn and raised in Queens, Lynn has resided in Forest Hills for more than 30 years. A product of the New York City Public School system – P.S. 89, J.H.S. 73 and Newtown High School – Lynn went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.

Lynn has achieved a great deal of success in the public, non-profit and private sectors. She currently serves as Senior Associate Executive Director of Business Affairs at Woodhull Medical Center, a public facility within the NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation where she participates in strategic planning and budget development, while also directing community outreach, branding/marketing and community education efforts to enhance the health of individuals who live and reside in North Brooklyn.

Prior to Woodhull, Lynn served as a senior manager (Managing Director of Communications, Marketing and Community Relations) for Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) where she increased awareness of HIV/AIDS on the global, national and local levels through education and media campaigns.

Before joining GMHC, Lynn served as Chief of Staff to Council Member Sara Gonzalez, from the 38th Council District in Brooklyn, where she assisted with issues involving commercial development in the district. In the private sector, Lynn served as a senior executive with several International communications firms, over a six-year period, where she worked on healthcare, finance and business development issues.
