| Info | KATHRYN (KATE) WEBB of Shelburne, Chittenden Country, Democrat was born in Maine and grew up in New York, eventually moving to Vermont to ski. She was educated at the University of Vermont, earning a BA in Psychology and MS in Communication Science and Disorders. Kate was a special educator and speech language pathologist in Vermont schools, and a UVM clinical professor supervising graduate interns in practicum placements.
