Coffroth to the Thirty-ninth Congress; reelected to the Fortieth Congress and served from July 18, 1866, to March 3, 1869; was not a candidate for renomination in 1868; resumed the practice of law at Somerset, Pa.; counsel for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Co.; member of the State house of representatives 1899-1902; died in Somerset, Pa., July 4, 1911; interment in Union Cemetery.
