As a member of our military, Kit took an oath to defend our Constitution. That is a commitment she takes seriously and has worked tirelessly in the Colorado legislature to ensure your rights are protected.
She is a veteran whose children currently serve in our military, and is a fierce advocate for veterans, active military, and their families. She continues to ensure we embrace and welcome veterans into our community.
A Colorado Springs resident of almost 40 years, Kit’s roots to the community are deep. From her service with the transportation advisory board to her homeowner’s association, she is making Colorado Springs a better place.
She holds a business degree and masters from UCCS. Kit has built a successful small business from the ground up. She knows firsthand the burden of excessive government intrusion and fights to empower business owners and individuals to succeed.
Kit Roupe is working to ensure that southeast Colorado Springs is no longer forgotten and once again has representation that fights for them in Denver.
