Kloeb and served from November 8, 1938, until January 3, 1939; was not a candidate for nomination in 1938 to the full term; resumed the practice of law in Troy, Ohio, and died there January 21, 1942; interment in Memorial Park Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
