InfoFor those who do not know me please allow me this time to make a proper introduction; I am James Ellis, the Great Grandson of Marry Ann Nash {Counts}, Grandson of Amanda Adeline Bailey {Nash} and the Son of Susie Bailey. My wife Shawna and I have three children, Marissa age 12, Austin age 10 and Avery age 8. I am a life long, multi generational Native, and resident of Dent County.

A Salem high School graduate in 1990, yes at the age of 22 as I had been in a very bad car accident and had to temporally quit school for almost two and a half years until I had made full recovery then I returned and with self determination and a great support from the school administration and educators I over come the minor setback and graduated.

I then enrolled at SMSU in Springfield and after only a short year and a half I had to return home to help care for my mother, who had breast cancer, I then enrolled into the Rolla Technical Institute in Rolla, after two years I graduated my courses, Cabinet Making and Mill work Design and Business Communications.

I will say I have a large amount of experience in Indigenous policy / politics that goes hand in hand with communicating with various Federal, State and local governmental agencies.

Please feel free to email me jellis@electellis.com or call me at 739-4314 with any questions, my campaign web site, which you are now upon is a work in progress and is not complete, hope to have it finished soon.
