agencies and courts. During her 15 years in private practice, McGregor worked in
widely diverse substantive areas of law. As her practice became more
specialized, she concentrated in the area of employment law.
McGregor acted in several managerial positions for Fennemore Craig, one
of the five largest private law firms in Phoenix, including terms as the firm's first
female hiring partner and as a member of its management committee.
