My maiden name is Stopford, and my father was James Chapman Stopford (1912-2008. I know his grandparents were from Scotland and that he was named after the Earl of Courtown. Dad was born in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA, grew up in Houston, Texas, and then we moved to Honolulu, Hawaii when I was almost two years old. I'm 66 now. I'm sorry to be writing on this government email, but I'm excited to find a relative. Thank you.
