InfoAs a chartered accountant, Emmanuel Dubourg has been a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec since 1987. He also earned his master’s degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2000. He has been awarded several prizes and distinctions for excellence in his field, including the Governor General’s Medal in 1992, the Innovation and Excellence prize from Revenue Canada in 1992, the CA Emeritus prize in 2006, the Performance ESG-UQAM-Hommage prize in 2006 for excellence in teaching, and the Black History Month award in 2006 to highlight his significant contribution to the development and renewal of Quebec society and Black society in Quebec.

An outstanding communicator who wishes to share his knowledge with others, Emmanuel Dubourg has occupied several major roles in society. He was Revenue Canada spokesperson regarding the underground economy, lecturer for senior federal officials, a key player in advertising campaigns of the Ordre de CA du Québec in 2005 and 2006, and a teacher at Cégep Montmorency, the Université du Québec à Montréal and the Université du Québec en Outaouais. Always committed and eager to serve his community, Emmanuel Dubourg served as a councillor in 2005 for the Jeune Chambre de commerce haïtienne de Montréal.
