InfoJohn William Reynolds is a life long resident of Bethlehem and a proud product of the Bethlehem Area School District.

After attending Thomas Jefferson Elementary School and Northeast Middle School, William graduated from Liberty High School in 1999 where he was a member of the National Honor Society, an editor of the school newspaper, and a first team all- conference and all-area performer on the basketball court for the Hurricanes. He continued his studies at Moravian College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 with a major in Political Science and a minor in History. He also successfully completed the Moravian College Honors Program with a project on third parties in American political history. As a senior at Moravian, he was a recipient of the Stupak Award for outstanding achievement in the field of political science. He continued his basketball career for the Greyhounds where he was a three-time letter winner, three-time member of the Middle Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team, and two-time winner of the Paul Marcincin Award, given to the top scholar athlete on the basketball team. While at Moravian, he also served as a Student Advisor to incoming freshman, a writing tutor in the Moravian College Writing Center, and a member of the Moravian College Guitar Ensemble.

Since graduation, William has worked as a Legislative Aide in the Bethlehem office of State Representative Steve Samuelson. He has handled various legislative and constituent duties for Representative Samuelson, including serving on his behalf on several committees throughout the Lehigh Valley. He is currently the City of Bethlehem Democratic Committee Person for the First Ward. William also proudly serves on the South Bethlehem Neighborhood Center Board of Directors.

William, one of five children, grew up in center city Bethlehem, where his parents continue to live. William currently resides in south Bethlehem.
