InfoHe was educated at Hesperia High School, St.Joseph�s Catholic Seminary, and Aquinas College. After working on the family farm throughout his early life, he started and ran a business for thirty years.

His parents, Carlo and Adele came over from Italy in early 1900�s and moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Adele lived in Anvil and her father worked in the local Anvil mine. Carlo moved to Norway, Michigan and lived there a number of years.

Chuck is married to his wife of 40 years, Jackalyn Joyce Krepps. Jackie�s mother was born in L�anse, Michigan and her father was born in Kalkaska, Michigan. She grew up in Kalkaska and graduated from Kalkaska high school.

Chuck�s political life started in 1970 as campaign manager for Harry Gast for State Representative. Since then he has held numerous political offices ranging from Co-Chairman of the Michigan Reagan campaign in 1980 to Co-Chairman of the George W. Bush campaign this year.

Chuck has also served as Commissioner of the Michigan Department of Transportation, Vice Chairman of the Mackinaw Island State Park Commission, and a Director of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board.

Currently, he serves as Republican National Committeeman, Chairman of the RNC Technology Committee, and Michigan Co-Chairman of the George W. Bush for President campaign.

Chuck owned a house in Ironwood, Michigan in the late 1980�s and then moved to East Jordan, Michigan in the early 1990�s where he has lived and voted for the last six years.
