Young; reelected to the Sixty-ninth and to the three succeeding Congresses and served from November 4, 1924, to March 3, 1933; unsuccessful candidate for renomination in 1932; engaged in ranching and farming in Oliver County, N.Dak.; secretary of state of North Dakota from 1942 until his retirement in 1954; died in Bismarck, N.Dak., December 4, 1958; interment in Fairview Cemetery.
