| Info | In 1995 Terence H. Young brought together Progressive Conservatives and Reformers to win the provincial riding of Halton Centre (north Oakville) by over 16,000 votes – the fourth largest plurality in Ontario.
Terence represented Halton Centre as MPP until redistribution in 1999, and served as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Finance. From 1995 – 97, due to a downsized Cabinet, Terence held prime caucus responsibility as Parliamentary Assistant for Colleges and Universities. In 1997 he was Chair of The Standing Committee on Finance, and has served on numerous other Standing Committees.
Currently, Terence is President of Policy Alliance Inc., specializing in government relations, business development and strategic communications.
