Working to protect California consumers:
*As Supervising Deputy Attorney General, Damon is a lead attorney in the Energy and Corporate Responsibility Unit of the California Attorney General’s Office.
*Damon and his unit found the “smoking gun” evidence that helped expose Enron’s activities in California.
*Damon has helped to bring back billions of dollars to California Consumers who were gouged by energy companies.
Dedicated to improving our schools:
*As president of the Dixie School District Board of Trustees in San Rafael, Damon is striving to improve California’s Schools.
*He has worked to increase funding, improve student nutrition, keep good teachers and develop new creative transportation solutions.
*He is actively working to protect education from the Governor’s funding cuts.
A product of California’s public school system, Damon earned his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and is a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law. He currently lives in San Rafael with his wife Dawn and their two daughters.
