Howell and served from November 7, 1934, to January 3, 1935; was not a candidate for election in 1934 to the full term; resumed the practice of law; attorney general of Nebraska 1937-1938; died in Tucson, Ariz., January 23, 1941; interment in West Lawn Memorial Park, Omaha, Nebr.
