In 2009, Mullin Plumbing was raided by the ATF and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Police Department. During the raid, Federal agents breached a gun safe in the office of Timothy Saylor, a Mullin Plumbing employee who was a convicted felon. In this safe, the ATF seized many assault weapons, pistols, and a handgun belonging to Markwayne Mullin.
